Digital Project Manager – Channel Marketing, Great China

Location:Shanghai, China

Summary
Every day millions of consumers around the world interact with Apple and its products in the Indirect Channel through mobile, digital and in-store experiences. The Indirect Channel plays a hugely important role for Apple, with Channel Marcom team driving strategies to provide customers a thoughtful, engaging and seamless experience.

Apple Greater China Marcom is looking for an experienced Digital Producer. You’ll be tasked with extending product launch campaigns to 3rd party partners and marketplaces in an integrated and cohesive way. This role will require close collaboration with internal creative and development teams, as well as stakeholders from Sales, IS&T (Apple’s internal development group) and key Channel partners.

Candidate for this position must have a strong track record of digital innovation and delivery across multiple channels and platforms, including e-commerce marketplaces.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity and change, able to focus on the smallest detail as well as define strategic plans. 

A passion for creating digital experiences is essential.

Description
• Drive creative and technical programs across a variety of 3rd party sites
• Write creative briefs and develop project schedules
• Work effectively with creative, development and cross-functional teams
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and business partners
• Work closely with Channel Digital Lead and leadership to communicate status and risks
• Balance project scope, priorities and goals with various stakeholders
• Manage all aspects of digital production across Web/mobile applications and social platforms
• Deliver comprehensive product assets to partners and ensure quality of implementation on external partner sites

Education & Experience
• Bachelor Degree or above

Additional Requirements
• BA/BS degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
• Interactive/digital producer or project management experience in a
• leading digital agency, in-house marketing communications, or creative services department is preferred. E-commerce experience is required.

Senior UX Designer – Channel Marketing, Greater China

Apple Greater China Marcom is looking for an expert user-experience (UX) Designer to craft and deliver extraordinary experiences to our customers throughout our indirect Channel partners digital ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will be able to understand the business requirements and any technical limitations of major e-commerce marketplaces, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.

The position requires a proven track record of exceptional strategic and design thinking, and a demonstrable expertise in content strategy, system design, usability, analytics, user testing, information architecture, and marketing. Particularly important to the role are the oral and written communication skills to articulately express the rationale behind design decisions. 

A passion for creating digital experiences is essential.

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences

• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
• Collaborate across disciplines with Marcom cross-functional teams and externally with Sales and partners
• Guide and manage vendor design teams

Education & Experience
• Bachelor Degree or above

Additional Requirements
• Multidisciplinary education backgrounds such as psychology, computer science, information sciences, commerce/business library science, human computer interaction or other related discipline
• A minimum of 8 years relevant experience in User Experience • Design/Information Architecture
• Experience with content strategy and platform design, from large-scale marketing sites to transactional commerce sites
• Web and app user experience design
• Familiarity with current web and app development technologies
• Fluent in analytics, usability tests, and other forms of qualitative and quantitative feedback

Partner Communications Manager

Location:Shanghai, China

Summary
The role of the Marketing Communications group at Apple is to ensure flawless development and execution of world-class communications in support of Apple’s business goals.  Based in Shanghai, as a member of the Apple’s Greater China Marcom team.

Apple Marketing Communications is looking for a Partner Communications Manager.  As an advocate for the brand, you will work closely with partners on the planning and deployment of world-class merchandising and communication programs supporting Apple’s most important products and services.

Key Qualifications
• Extensive experience in brand communications across consumer audiences, preferably in an international brand or agency
• Proven flexibility/adaptability to change in a dynamic environment
• Successful track-record building productive relationships with creative people
• Developing, producing and executing marketing campaigns with international brands
• Passion and eagerness to develop and execute best-in-class marketing campaigns with external partners
• Demonstrated depth of experience with integrated communications and account/client relationship-management.
• A highly detail-oriented team player with proven persuasive/negotiation skills
• A very strong bilingual communicator in English and Mandarin with strong presentation, email and phone abilities. The ability to speak • Taiwanese is a strong plus.

• Develop strong working level relationships with key partner’s marketing and advertising teams
• Manage the flawless execution of Apple products and services in advertising, web and printed materials
• Distribute and manage approved product assets and materials to internal teams and partners
• Ensure strong planning and execution supporting Apple’s new product introduction and seasonal campaigns along with Apple’s worldwide product merchandising priorities
• Ensure partner media and retail store marketing and merchandising opportunities are fully understood and ensure most premium positions for Apple products, merchandising and campaigns
• Represent Apple marketing guidelines and programs with key partners and manage the day-to-day reviews and approvals of product and tactical marketing communications, ensuring proper escalations to the • Worldwide Marketing team
• Work closely with functional teams to develop guidelines for Apple Pay
• Develop and implement advertising workshops

Education & Experience
